I was so honored to be asked by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to speak at the 2019 Annual Early Start Partners Symposium.
The ESPS brings early intervention service providers, Regional Center service coordinators, and family support professionals across Early Start partnering agencies together in an effort to provide advanced training opportunities to professionals serving the special needs community. The ESPS offers a comprehensive, in-person professional development and networking opportunity for the entire Early Start community, including new and seasoned Early Start personnel.
My topic was 3 Keys to Effective Parent Coaching and I was so excited when I learned it was completely booked! This was also the moment I decided to take an even bigger stand for the children so near and dear to my heart and the colleagues that I love to support… I launched my innovative Early Intervention Collaborative Circle that weekend, where Early Interventionists from around the country (or even the world) can collaborate and work together on servicing the children and families that we love so much. “It’s not about me… it’s all about WE – because we’re stronger together!”
